National Archives Has a YouTube Channel

The National Archives for the United States has launched a YouTube channel and several different playlists covering everything from man’s trip to the moon to the depression of the 1930’s. It’s available at

Though it’s only been around for a couple of weeks, there’s already plenty to see. Content is available across playlists like “From the Archives to the Moon” (five videos) “Tracing World War II” (five videos) and Touring 1930s America (again, five videos.) These videos range from a few minutes long to something like 1933’s “Rebuilding Indian Country,” which is over 35 minutes long.

The National Archives promises that it will roll out a new film on at least one playlist every week, so stay tuned as this channel gets populated.
