The Flickr Commons has added two new members… the Texas State Library and Archives and the Central University Libraries of Southern Methodist University. The Texas State Library stuff looks to be mostly maps.

The New York Times has a good overview of Google’s quarterly performance. Lots of money flying around, lots of people hired.

Yahoo! Movies has released a new list called “100 Movies to See Before You Die: The Modern Classics.” You can get the whole list at; as these are modern classics they include only movies released since 1990. I’ve seen eight of them, how about you?
