The Internet Archive, sensing the imminent possibility that I would one day have free time, has released several vintage video game consoles into its archives, along with games playable in-browser. Consoles include the Atari 2600, the Magnavox Odyssey, and the Astrocade. Was E.T. as bloody horrible as history makes it out to be? Now you can find out! (Hint: it is.) I was not able to get this to work on Chromium; I recommend Firefox (where I did get it to work, and I started playing Defender II, and you almost didn’t get a Morning Buzz.)
