I read a lot for ResearchBuzz. There’s Pocket, Google Alerts in my e-mail, and RSS feeds via Digg.
Generally I don’t keep up with how much I’m going through, but I’m always interested in my annual update from Pocket, because it does.
Over 3.9 million words read in Pocket this year. And that’s just Pocket – not Google Alerts and not RSS feeds.
As you might imagine, this takes up a lot of time even with my goony reading speed. But is it worth it? Oh yes. If it helps you and does you good, then yes, it is worth it. Over and over and over again.
Maybe I’ll break 4 million words in 2017.
I love you.
