You might remember when the Trump administration announced it would be requesting voter records from each state there was a lot of pushback from various attorneys general. I thought at the time, “Y’know, I should put together some kind of resource for US attorneys general, because I’m sure legal questions between states and this administration will come up again.”
And then life happened and I got distracted.
But when the news about DACA came up over the weekend, I thought again, “I know some AGs will have something to say about this,” so when I got home from work today I made some tea, sat down in front of the computer, and made me a spreadsheet, which I’ve embedded below.
I attempted to get the news release link, Facebook, Twitter, and RSS feeds for each of the US state and territory attorneys general. I did not always succeed; where a cell is marked CNF that means I Could Not Find anything. (If you have corrections / updates, drop me a note!) Occasionally cells have comments when I’m not sure of something or when I found additional information.
If people find this useful, I’ll keep it up. If not, I won’t. It’s as accurate as I can make it today, September 4, 2017.
In addition to the spreadsheet, I put all the AG Twitter handles I could find (48) into one list at https://twitter.com/ResearchBuzz/lists/usattorneysgeneral . It’s public so feel free to make use of it.
I hope this is useful to your or at least informative. Love as always.
